被每隔30秒就按一次喇叭的火車, 吵得睡睡醒醒的, 偏偏這次訂位的時間晚, 所以待的是很接近車尾的sleeper class #12, 喇叭的聲音聽得特別清楚 -_-. 入夜的氣溫實在是冷, 不曉得枕頭人是歧視後面的車廂還是怎樣, 沒看到他來租被單跟枕頭, 只好穿著我的灰熊外套, 龜在side-upper床上呈弓字型取暖, 每次夜裡醒過來, 總會下意識踩踩放在腳底的背包, 確定沒有不見以後, 又昏昏沉沉睡去.

凌晨五點多, 終於到了Bangalore city train station...

出乎意料之外, 以為出了火車站以後要攔到auto是件難事, 沒想到站前人來人往, HOTEL掮客和司機比乘客還多. 當然, 他們要價也不斐, 一趟到Air Lines Hotel(靠近市中心M.G. Road)的車程居然索價100塊, 趁著體內熱能在剛下車還沒消耗完畢之前, 裝作很神氣很老bangalore的樣子(其實心裡在呼喊著:好吧你要多少我都給你~快帶我去吧T_T), 殺到65塊才走.

一上車就開始發抖, 真的很冷阿. 雖然天色未亮還不能看清楚週遭的路況, 但是從呼吸到的空氣裡, 已經聞到了樹的味道. 牙齒喀喀喀的打颤, 一邊偷偷拿出指南針看driver是不是往正確的方向開, 一邊還拿出手機打假電話, 假裝在跟朋友講我已經到了要往哪去 (註:鑒於某些司機會帶乘客到其他他們可以拿commission fee的旅館去, 我在上車前就再三告訴他我有朋友在旅館等我, 不要帶我到其他地方去), 其實這些都是講給司機聽的 (想想自己心機很重啊, 不過這也是保護自己的方法之一, 對不起阿如果你是心腸正直的司機的話 >_<). 大概十幾分鐘後就到了旅館, 一個晚上盧比375含税(單人房), 房間浴室還算乾淨, 由於旅館座落的位置剛好在市中心鬧區外圍(10min walk to MG ROAD), 所以算是地點不錯的budget hotel.

一躺到床上就趴了...:Q

前十分鐘意識清醒的時候, 躲在毯子裡搓腳取暖, 浴室天花板因為濕氣長了點霉, 所以沒關門的時候, 躲在被子裡隱隱約約還是可以聞到冷空氣裡帶著一點點的霉味. 屋子的斜對角就是廚房, masala的香味隨著從煙囪裊裊上升的柴煙, 偷偷從門縫底飄進了我的房間.
其實一點都不餓的, 火車上的睡眠不足, 早就讓我打消了去吃頓清爽早餐的念頭; 舊毯子的毛料扎在皮膚上有點刺刺的, 四周安靜到連隨便折好丟一旁的塑膠袋正在慢慢恢復原狀的聲音都聽得一清二楚時, 才提醒自己是一個人存在的事實. (這也不就是這次旅行的目的嗎?)

只是突然想找個人說早安罷了..

- 應景食譜: <<草本新鮮 Recipe>>的奶油蘑菇濃湯. 和singingwind的麻油雞麵線. 要趁湯跟麵線還在冒煙的時候, 呼嚕嚕吸光啊~

as far as i know, none of my friends are there. but if you really require a person to guide you thru the city, i can check if there's anyone familiar living there.

haha, i am in bangalore now. how lonely I am! the city is so undeveloped. I am in International Tech park , it's full of Indians. no any Chinese or other foreigners.

not good at all.
just now I couldnot find an auto at the gate of the campus. I came to my office again to book a taxi. now the taxi arrived. I have no time to write more words now. haha. talk with u tommorow! where r u now? I cannot have access to internet at my house. what a pity!
