I feel i can understand ur "struglling mood"...I'd been there too. But just keep in mind that every single decision u made is a right one^^
your words reminds me...I also finished my traineeship around mid Jan, 2003, and then started my 3-month travel. To say goodbye is always difficult la, but who knows, you will probably meet ur friends again somewhere soon~

Regarding to ur inquiry.. I seemed to reply something similar here, but anyway, Indian companies is doing the same thing as everyone else: posting their job opportunities on line. You can apply online. They also have internal referals (you can ask someone working for this company to recommend you to the company), this might give more chance for ur resume!
