a temp farewell to India

Oooops finally i'm going home tomorrow :)))

Since last Friday, I am doing nothing but shopping, meeting friends, and most unusual thing is I spend most of my time in the kitchen. Yes. KITCHEN. haha. Because Shanthi (the lady I'm staying with) & Luxumy (lovely maid) are great cook, of course, of Indian dishes, I'm afraid that I'll become homesick again (no kidding) becoz I couldn't get such kind of super delicious delicacies in Taiwan, so I decided to learn some of my favorite dishes from these 2 great women.

After spending several days with them, finally I realize why Laura (a colleague's French gf) said it takes at least 2 hours to prepare & cook. Geee, but it's fun as well as long as you don't do it everyday :pp Now I learned how to make chapatti (indian bread) from wheat flour, chicken red curry, mutton (lamb) curry and some simple vegetable dishes. As a cooking newbie, I think I could be very confident making them taste really greeaaaaaaaaaaaat :)))

(writing entires at netcafe is not a wise choice coz EVERY MINUTE COSTS MONEY, don't really have time to think!!)

7 months, a really good experience of self-development. At the moment of parting, I don't really have too much thoughts on my mind (becoz the most emotional moment will only come while saying goodbye...), the only thing I am worried about is whether my lugguag will exceed the limitation, haha!

I will see you soon, friends in India & friends in Taiwan. :D
