真的是不好意思,首頁出現大辣辣雞翅排排站的照片,真的是有損氣質(恩,當左邊封面照片出現巴黎莎士比亞書店的照片,跟右邊的雞翅兩相對照之下,你應該可以明白我的意思),但是今天是小的我第一次煎雞翅,而且經過室友Vivian的鑑定(確定能吃並且還蠻好吃的),整個感動到噴淚啊*。
*1: 小的之前不知廚房為何物,只知道用微波爐把食物弄熱或弄熟是也。

後來想想,在尼斯那段時間,反而自己煮食的機會天天有,到了巴黎的第一個禮拜也是,到餐廳吃飯的機會反而不多。所以本週衝刺了很多口碑餐廳,陸續進行中(荷包也失血中......)
Counting by fingers, 5 months passed since back from India. Half of those tea bags or tea leaves are gone. Hey don't look at me like that! Even though I'm heavy drinker, consuming so much tea is not really possible... Of course I've given some to friendz but.. yes, most of them have washed my stomach, cleaned my brain and gone to the heaven for a next life XD

After finising our New Year's Eve dinner, a cup of Chai might be a good start to introduce my family to Indian specialties. The truth is I was too full to do labor intensive work: grinding all spices to make masala; instead, I already got a ready made pack "Masala Tea" (bought from Nuts 'n Spices) to make my life easier.. although it's better to prepare all necessary spices by yourself (it tastes better!)

OK. Now I'm really in the kitchen. Yesterday we were in Nicole's guesthouse making tomato source pasta for dinner, suprisingly it turned out to be very tasty Asian spaghetti for none of us (amy, me and candy) really cooked it before. I only vaguely remember the steps and ingrediences from cookbook long time back but it proved itself that every way leads to Rome :p
I'm collecting a to-buy list, especially a list for tea.

Ccc 終於逮到在英國唸書的James回台灣啦!家裡那罐羅列茲Darjiling和Assam已經撐很久了,尤其是大吉嶺,雖然還剩下一點沒喝完,但是味道已經沒剛買回來時那麼香甜了,這次得請他幫忙從英國多帶點回來,不過呢,遇到了點問題...
