it has become a ritual for Formosan and Japanese to enjoy cherry blossom every spring. Briton doesn't have this sort of custom, though there are numerous cherry trees in Kew, Manchester and Sheffield waiting for peoples' appreciation. nevertheless this elegant cherry tree in Oxford still catches every tourists' eyes.
