I do think there's slight possibility that they've done some investigation on my complain, for their reply took a month to reach me. Nevertheless, I don't think I could ever restore my faith in an airline company that even mixes up with which airport I used to enter the UK. As I explained in the letter to the company, it's not the value of the film matters but the memories, the sunshine and the air exposed on that roll of film. It's gone then part of the efforts that I worked really hard and seriously to record in Italy has gone with it. It's just another way to close the curtain, so I post.
