Japanese Egg Roll

I really like this dish. It is pretty and yummy. To cook this you will need a squared pan. I got mine at MITSUWA, a Japanese supermarket in New Jersey. The materials are easy to prepare. Three eggs, sugar, soy sauce, cooking wine and salt. I like to add shredded ham and onions to give it a little bit of color! One tip I learned from the cooking book is not to generate any bubbles while stirring the eggs. This way can make the egg mixture stay thin and smooth.
