For years, we may have caught up in the usual hustle and bustle that holiday season may bring. As our children grow older, they expect to get better presents. We watch our children open their presents after presents every year, but unfortunately, more and more was thrown to the side. They may feel no sense of gratefulness and appreciation, but this could be our fault. When we experience this situation, it is probably better to offer gifts as our representations of appreciation and love; not only for caving in to their demands. This could translate into fewer presents, but with more meaning.
