One of the other minerals required in Iron in a large amount for proper supply of oxygen to baby. Vitamin – C is advised for absorption of iron. It is found in citrus food objects. A lot of fruits and vegetables are recommended as they are low in calories and filled with fibres, vitamins and minerals. Whole grains, good proteins and dairy products are also recommended. Alcohol and unpasteurized substances along with foods containing high amounts of mercury should be avoided.

Changing hormone levels and anxiety can reduce sleep but scheduled naps and planned lifestyle can help for proper relaxation.
